Pediatric Immunization Policy & Schedule

Union Mill Recommended Well Visits & Pediatric Immunization Schedule PDF: Pediatric Immunization Schedule

Union Mill Pediatrics firmly believes in the effectiveness of vaccines to prevent serious illness and to save lives. The practice firmly believes in the safety of the vaccines we administer.  Union Mill Pediatrics believes all children and young adults should receive all of the recommended vaccines according to the schedule published and approved by the American Academy of Pediatrics and the Center for Disease Control.

Union Mill Pediatrics believes vaccinating children may be the single most important health-promoting intervention we perform as health care providers, and that you can perform as parents/caregivers.

Union Mill Pediatrics is here to provide vaccine information to help you as the parents/caregivers understand.  We are committed to all of our patients to keep them safe and to provide the highest standard of care.

Parents that decline recommended but not required vaccines will be asked to sign a waiver stating that they are aware of the potential risks inherent in doing so.
