Union Mill Pediatrics offers access to an online patient portal for all of our patients. The portal is a great resource for viewing information, but also leaving a message with our staff, even outside of our office hours. On the portal, parents can send messages to our staff to request prescription refills, school forms, or to request appointments. The messaging feature can even be used to leave questions for our nursing staff, allowing them to call back during our office hours and provide information or schedule an appointment with you. On the portal you can view your child’s records, such as vaccine records or recent visit notes, and see our in-house lab results. Trying to pay a bill? The portal can help with that as well!
